Ingredients
• 1 pouch Barilla®
Ready Pasta Rotini

2 tbsps. extra-virgin olive oil
•
1 cup medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
•
2 cups baby arugula
•
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
•
Salt and pepper to
taste

1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
Direction

On medium heat, heat olive oil in a large skillet
then stir fry shrimp for 5 minutes
until both sides are opaque.
•
Stir in arugula and tomatoes then sprinkle with salt
and pepper; cook for 1 minute more.

Open corner of a Ready Pasta pouch for venting then
microwave for 1 minute. Add shrimp;
mix then garnish with cheese. Ready to serve.
