Spaghetti With White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
   1/2 cup olive oil
   2 cloves garlic, minced
   2 tbsps. butter
   1 tbsp. dried parsley
   1/2 tsp. garlic powder
   1/4 tsp. dried oregano
   1/4 tsp. dried basil
   1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
   2 (6.5 oz.) cans minced clams, with juice
   1 lb. spaghetti
   2 tbsps. grated Romano cheese

Direction

   Cook the pasta based on the instruction on the packages.
   At the same time, in the small-sized saucepan, brown the garlic in the olive oil on medium heat. Whisk in margarine/butter and seasonings till the margarine/butter melts. Put in the clams along with some their liquid; thoroughly heat.
   Drain off the pasta. Toss the spaghetti along with the clam sauce, and add the grated Romano cheese on top.
