Six-minute, Single-serving "spaghetti"

Ingredients
   1 (3 oz.) package ramen noodles, without flavor packet
   1 cup fresh baby spinach
   water to cover
   1/4 cup pasta sauce
   1 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
   1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
   2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese

Direction

   Break ramen block to 4 even pieces. In a microwave-safe medium bowl, put in. Put spinach on top. Use water to cover noodles in bowl. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on high till spinach wilts and noodles are cooked.
   Pour excess water out. Add olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and pasta sauce. Mix till noodles get coated. Microwave again for 30 seconds till sauce is warm. Put parmesan cheese on top.
