Shrimp And Pasta Formaggio

Ingredients
   220 grams angel hair pasta, uncooked
   1 tbsp. olive oil
   3 cloves garlic, minced
   1 (398 mL) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
   8 cups baby spinach leaves
   1 lb. frozen cooked cleaned (with tails left on) medium shrimp
   1/2 cup heavy cream
   1 cup CRACKER BARREL Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
   3 tbsps. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Direction

   Cook pasta followed the instruction of the package, omitting salt.
   In the meantime, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir for around 1 minute till fragrant and softened. Mix in tomatoes; simmer for approximately 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in spinach; cook and stir for an addition of 1 minute till wilted. Put in cream and shrimp; cook for another 4 minutes till heated through, stirring occasionally.
   Drain pasta. Add to skillet; then coat by tossing. Place cheeses on top; cover. Take away from heat; allow to stand for nearly 5 minutes till shredded cheese is melted.
